Mondays to Friday (except bank holidays) between 9:30am and 4pm for phone or email advice and for pre-booked appointments.
Our drop-in sessions are every Tuesday 9.30 am to 12 noon, Wednesday 1 pm to 3 pm and Thursday 9.30 am to 12 noon
